Gorillaz livenä Music Televisionin nettisivuilla tänään!

Gorillaz-yhtyeen "Plastic Head" -albumin etukannessa äkyy huonosti piirretty animaatiohahmo kuin negatiivina. Hahmo muistuttaa jonkinlaista anime-elokuvien henkilöä. Kuvan yläosassa punaisella värillä valkoista taustaa vasten lukee sekä Gorillaz että albu Kuvassa Gorillaz

Gorillaz esiintyy Lontoossa loppuunmyydyssä Roundhousessa tänään 30. huhtikuuta aivan kuten eilen torstainakin. MTV Networks lähettää suorana yhtyeen tämänpäiväisen keikan nettisivuillaan. Keikka tulee tavoittamaan 600 miljoonaa taloutta ja 170 maata. Gorillaz esiintyi edellisen kerran Lontoossa 2001.

Murdoc: I am quite literally holding my breath until I walk out on stage at the Roundhouse. It’s hosted some legendary gigs — The Clash, The Doors and my own personal favourite, The Greasy Truckers Party. It’s a privilege for MTV UK to film and broadcast these shows. Gorillaz create breathtaking and original performances and these shows will no doubt continue this tradition and also MTV’s history of groundbreaking work with Gorillaz, sanoo Matt Cook, Talent and Music Programming Director, MTV Networks UK & Ireland.
